Queens Park Estates Project Update | September 2025
Internals are complete, with construction progressing towards practical completion in Q2 2026.
Stage 1 internals are now complete, with Stage 1B nearing completion and ready for valuations to commence. In Stage 2, bulk earthworks and retaining walls are finished, internal sewer works are 80% complete, and internal water installation has commenced, with practical completion expected in December 2025 and titles anticipated in Q1 2026. Stage 3 bulk earthworks are also complete, with internal services scheduled to commence in November 2025 and practical completion expected in Q2 2026.
