Q3 2026 Portfolio Update
There's serious momentum across the Vanderbilt and SRG Built portfolio right now. We currently have 185 dwellings under construction, with a further 699 in the pipeline set to commence next year.
LINA Residences
LINA Residences is tracking strongly toward completion at the end of the year. Every dwelling is sold, and we’re expecting strong tenant demand off the back of TINA Residences, which was fully leased within five weeks of settlement.
TINA Residences II
Next door, TINA Residences II has broken ground. We’re also seeing exceptional resale activity in the completed first TINA Residences, with apartments now reselling for $650,000, up 30% on the original purchase price less than six months after settlement.
GINA Residences
Up on the Sunshine Coast, we’ve received development approval for GINA Residences in Sippy Downs. Construction is expected to commence later this year on 126 apartments and townhouses, with just 3 dwellings remaining for sale and the other 123 already sold.
Queens Park Estates
Over at Queens Park Estates in Toowoomba, housing construction is well underway with 57 homes now under construction. Our teams are currently pouring five slabs and erecting four frames every week as we push through delivery.
Markwell Estates II
At Markwell Estates II in Caboolture, housing construction is also progressing strongly. We’ve launched a rental campaign, with over 100 enquiries received in only a few weeks and multiple tenants already secured, delivering a 6% rental yield for our clients before a single home has been handed over.
Scenic Green Estates
And at Scenic Green Estates in Boonah, the project is now sold out, with civil construction works well underway across the site.
