On-site works continue to progress steadily through the civil construction phase.
- 28 Lots – Sold Out
- Bulk earthworks completed.
- Topsoil repsread on all lots completed.
- Watermain installation completed.
- Stormwater approximately 90% complete.
- Sub-soil drains now commenced.
- Roads have been boxed out.
- Road trimming in progress in preparation for sub-grade proof rolling, with key installation to follow.
