LINA Residences Project Update | October 2025
We are pleased to share the inaugural project update for LINA Residences, as early site establishment works commence ahead of civil construction.
- 48 Townhomes – Sold Out
- Demolition of the existing dwelling onsite has been completed.
- Tree clearing is set to commence across the site throughout October.
- Civil works are scheduled to commence in November.
- Practical completion remains on track for Q4 2026.
